Is a deposit required to reserve an inflatable?
A $50 deposit may be required for your rental reservation. This deposit will not be
refunded, but will be applied to your rental (or a future rental within 6 months).
When is final payment required?
Final payment is required before or upon delivery. Cash upon delivery is accepted
for balance due at all home/residence deliveries. Other forms of payment including
MasterCard®, VISA®, American Express® and Discover®, are also available.
We will discuss your preferred payment method at the time of making the reservation.
What is your refund policy? Refunds will not be given. If your event is cancelled, deposits and other payments, if applicable, will be applied to a future rental, within six months of the original rental date.
Are delivery, set-up and take-down included with each rental? Yes. We deliver, set-up and take-down each inflatable. Additional fees may apply.
Do you have an inclement weather policy? Fast-n-Fun Inflatables will not set up equipment or products in inclement weather (snow, rain, high wind, or muddy conditions). Rental begins when equipment is set-up, regardless of weather conditions that may follow. If inclement weather interrupts your event, Fast-n-Fun Inflatables will pick up the equipment but no refund will be given.
Do I need to provide electricity? Yes. Fast-n-Fun Inflatables will provide one 100-foot extension cord. The use of additional extension cords is not allowed as this introduces problems with amperage which may damage/break our electrical equipment. The power supply should include a 3-prong socket near the set-up area. If electricity is not available, Fast-n-Fun Inflatables offers generator rentals for an additional fee.
Do you have a cancellation policy? Please provide 2 weeks notice of event cancellation. If proper notice is received, Fast-n-Fun Inflatables will apply your deposit to your next rental, within six months of the original rental date.
Do you offer delivery to my area? We offer delivery to the entire Greater Kansas City area (MO and KS). Arrangements may be made for delivery to areas outside the Kansas City metro. (Additional fees may apply.) Please contact us for more information.
Are you insured? Yes, we carry liability insurance.
Will I need to sign a Rental Agreement/Contract? Yes. Rental Agreements are for the protection of all parties involved and include specifics about the rental for your event. (i.e. product, rental rate, event date, etc.)
How far in advance should I reserve an inflatable?
Our products are super and our customer service is great, so we’re in high-demand.
